SmartAdjust can automatically change your 0% to 10% incline and your 0-10 MPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The built-in 5” high contrast display will show live stats, including speed, incline, distance, and estimated calories. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth headphones or using the treadmill’s two 2” speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time.
