With a 1200 watt quick-heating element and a unique PID sensor system, Corvo EKG’s to-the-degree temperature control lets you select the exact temperature from 135°F to 212°F. The base also has two switches to toggle Celsius and Fahrenheit, as well as a toggle for HOLD mode to keep your water hot for 60 minutes. To engage the Brew Stopwatch on the high-res LCD screen to time your steep or brew, press and hold on the dial. Corvo EKG’s spout was designed to optimize control while still providing a powerful stream. Quickly fill a cup of tea, top up your French press, or prepare matcha—all without “glugging” or drip back.
